3rd Semester Executing Strategy and Managing Growth
Here you´ll learn to align the execution of business strategy with long-term future planning. There are two goals: management and sustainable growth, both taking into account the global focus of the organizations in which ESADE Business School Full Time MBA graduates end up working.
4th Semester Advanced Management Topics
At this point your MBA subjects become personalized. The goal is to increase your in-depth knowledge of specific business sectors or geographical regions. You can choose from:
Advanced International Management Topics: specialization in Marketing, Finance, Operations, Human Resources and other business functions.
Advanced Topics in Global Strategy: a detailed analysis of corporate strategy and business models with an emphasis on emerging economies as both points of supply and destinations of demand.
Advanced Topics in Leadership: intercultural management, understanding complexity and adaptation to environment are some of the topics covered, helping you to negotiate, communicate and manage chance more efficiently.
